Terms of service

These terms cover your use of PoliteReach, run by Deven Dipakkumar Rathod (Diverse Labs, India). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.

The service

PoliteReach sends connection invites and messages you supply from LinkedIn accounts you connect, reads replies and acceptances, and shows you the results. It paces every account under daily and weekly limits we set; these are our policy, not LinkedIn’s published limits.

Your accounts and your responsibility

• Connect only LinkedIn accounts you own or are authorised to operate.
• You are responsible for what is sent from your accounts and for having a lawful reason to contact the people you import.
• No spam, harassment, deception, impersonation, or unlawful content. We may pause an account or suspend access if we see it.
• Keep your sign-in credentials private; you are responsible for activity under them.

LinkedIn

PoliteReach is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. Automated use may conflict with LinkedIn’s own terms, and LinkedIn may restrict an account at its discretion. We work to keep accounts safe but cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will not restrict one, and we are not liable if it does.

Plans, trials and billing

• Plans are billed monthly per connected LinkedIn account (seat), in advance, through Razorpay. The price shown is the full amount charged; we are not registered for GST, so no GST is added.
• A free trial may be offered; nothing is charged until it ends and you subscribe.
• Adding seats charges for them when they are added. Fewer seats and cancellation take effect at the end of the paid month.
• If a renewal fails, access continues for a short grace period and then stops until payment succeeds.
• Refunds are covered by the cancellation & refund policy.

Your data

You own your content and prospect data. We process it only to run the service, as the privacy policy describes.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We aim for it to run continuously but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or a restricted LinkedIn account.

Ending

You may cancel at any time. We may end or suspend access for a breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes and law

We will update the date above when these terms change and email you about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
