Shipping & delivery policy

PoliteReach is an online software service. Nothing physical is sold or shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

• Access is delivered in the web dashboard, at app.politereach.com.
• A paid plan is active as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within minutes.
• A receipt is emailed to the address on your account.

If access has not appeared within an hour of paying, write to us and we will fix it.
