AI SDR pricing in 2026 runs from $250 to $5,000 a month
AI SDR pricing, checked Aug 27, 2026: AiSDR's published tiers, Regie's 10-seat floor, 11x and Artisan's quoted rates, and a ~$130/mo stack alternative.
Most AI SDR vendors won't publish a price. You find out on a sales call, and the number depends on how the call went. So we collected every AI SDR pricing figure we could verify as of August 27, 2026, put a named source on each, and did the math against running the same motion yourself. The spread is real. AiSDR's cheapest tier is $250 a month; a fully loaded US human SDR is $8,200 to $14,400. The stack we run sits near $130.
Sources first. AiSDR's tiers come from aisdr.com's own pricing page. The 11x and Artisan figures are buyer-reported, via getbreakout.ai and landbase.com, because neither vendor lists a price. The human benchmark is Bridge Group data, with an itemized year-one example from alleyoop.io. Where a number is quoted rather than published, the table flags it.
Every figure below was checked on August 27, 2026
| Vendor | Published price | What you'd actually pay | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| AiSDR | Solo $250, Explore $900, Scale $2,500 per month | $250-$2,500/mo, as listed | aisdr.com/pricing |
| Regie.ai | $180/user/mo | $1,800/mo floor with the 10-seat minimum | landbase.com |
| Artisan (Ava) | None | $600/mo entry reported, billed annually; $1,000-$2,500/mo typical active spend | landbase.com, buyer-reported |
| 11x (Alice) | None | ~$5,000/mo reported; $50K-$60K first-year minimum | getbreakout.ai, buyer-reported |
| US human SDR, fully loaded | n/a | $8,200-$14,400/mo; ~$154K itemized year one | Bridge Group data; alleyoop.io year-one example |
| Claude + PoliteReach stack | No PoliteReach price yet (early access) | $50-$230/mo running cost; ~$130 typical | claude.com/pricing for the Claude tiers |
Vendors without a public pricing page appear here as buyer-reported figures, flagged as such.
AiSDR is the only vendor here we can cite from its own page
AiSDR is the outlier: three tiers on a public page, no sales call required. Solo is $250 a month, Explore is $900, Scale is $2,500, all listed at aisdr.com/pricing as of the check date. Explore is the tier we compute multiples against below. It also bundles lead data and email sending, which matters for the caveats further down. Credit where due; every other AI SDR figure in the table comes from a third-party source.
Regie's $180 seat is really an $1,800 floor
Regie.ai runs $180 per user per month, per landbase.com, which reads as the cheapest serious option in the table. It isn't. The same source reports a 10-seat minimum, so the real entry price is $1,800 a month, ten reps or one. The seat model scales the wrong way for a two-person team, which ends up paying for eight seats nobody logs into. The floor works against you. A per-seat price with a minimum is a platform fee in disguise. Hunt for the minimum before you compare anything else.
11x and Artisan price on the sales call
Neither 11x nor Artisan lists a price, so the figures here are what buyers report paying, not list prices. Treat them accordingly. For 11x's Alice, getbreakout.ai reports roughly $5,000 a month with a $50,000 to $60,000 first-year minimum. For Artisan's Ava, landbase.com reports a $600 a month entry point billed annually, with typical active spend between $1,000 and $2,500 a month. Those are reports, not menus. If your call produces a different number, believe your call.
A human SDR runs $8,200 to $14,400 a month
The number every AI SDR pitch is priced against is a human hire. Bridge Group data puts a fully loaded US SDR at $8,200 to $14,400 a month, and alleyoop.io's itemized year-one example reaches about $154,000. That's the ceiling. When a vendor says a fraction of an SDR, this is the denominator. It's also the only line on this page that includes judgment. Every AI option, this stack included, still needs yours.
The LinkedIn tools were never the expensive part
Plain LinkedIn automation tools are cheap. Per-seat monthly prices from the same August 27 check:
- Linked Helper: $15 (local Standard plan)
- Waalaxy: €19-€69
- Dripify: $59-$99
- Expandi: $79-$99
- HeyReach: $79 per sender ($999 Agency plan, 25 senders)
- Skylead: $100
That's rough price parity with the stack below. The difference between a $79 tool and a $900 platform is the brain that decides who to contact and what to write. The platforms charge for it. These tools leave it to you and your templates.
The alternative stack runs about $130 a month
We run a Claude subscription as the brain and PoliteReach as the hands, executing on our own LinkedIn accounts through a cloud browser. The split matters. Claude Pro is $20 a month and Max is $100 to $200, per claude.com/pricing. Add a residential or ISP proxy at $10 to $30 and a small server at $10 to $20. Total, $50 to $230 a month, and about $130 for a typical setup.
The division of labor: your AI picks targets, writes every connection note and the Day 1, 3, 7, and 14 follow-ups up front, reads replies, and drafts answers for your approval. PoliteReach executes. It drips invites at 12 to 16 a day inside LinkedIn's rough 100-a-week ceiling, types every keystroke at human speed, ramps a new account over three weeks, and detects acceptances by diffing your connections list, since LinkedIn has no acceptance API. One reply, sequence over. Nothing generates at send time; every word was written and approved before the first invite went out.
Control is the other difference. The session is your LinkedIn cookie; revoke it and everything stops. Every message is visible before it sends, every action is logged, and you can swap the model or strategy any day. No seats. No per-contact credits.
Computed against that $130 figure: AiSDR's Explore tier is about 7x, Regie's floor is about 14x, Artisan's reported range is 8x to 19x, and 11x's reported $5,000 is about 38x. Call it 7x to 40x. The human benchmark is 60x to 110x.
A $900-a-month AI SDR tier costs about 7x the $130 running cost of a self-hosted stack.
Three caveats apply before you cite these numbers
First, PoliteReach is in early access with no published price, so the $130 is the running cost of the stack around it: Claude subscription, proxy, server. Ours comes later. Until then, treat this as platform list prices against a stack's operating cost, not a like-for-like quote.
Second, the platforms bundle lead databases and cold email sending; this stack concentrates on your own LinkedIn account. If cold email at volume is core to your motion, weigh the bundle accordingly.
Third, the 11x and Artisan figures are buyer reports, not list prices, and quoted numbers move with deal size and quarter. Recheck before you buy. Everything above was verified on August 27, 2026, against the sources named.
PoliteReach is the hands in that stack: real headful Chromium in the cloud with one persistent device profile per account, behind a residential or ISP IP you supply. Not an extension. No code injected into LinkedIn. Early access is a waitlist at politereach.com. When our pricing publishes, this page gets it first.
Want outreach that stays inside the caps?
PoliteReach is in early access. Every cap it uses is published, so you know exactly what it will and won't do with your account.
