Privacy policy

PoliteReach sends LinkedIn outreach from your own LinkedIn account. This page says what we store to do that, why, who helps us process it, and how you can have it removed. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

What we collect

• Your account: your name and email address, how you sign in (Google, an emailed link, or a password, stored only as a hash), and your team.
• Your LinkedIn session: the sign-in cookies for each LinkedIn account you connect, encrypted at rest. They are used only to act as that account, only for the work you set up, and are never shown in the product, logs or support replies.
• Your LinkedIn account details: its name, profile address, member id, verification and Premium status, and connection count, read so we pace it safely.
• Your prospects: the people you import or ask us to look up (name, LinkedIn profile, company, title, and public profile and company details), your campaign copy, and the invites and messages sent and received with them.
• Billing: your plan, seats and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s page and never reach our servers.
• Operational data: activity logs and error reports needed to run and debug the service.

Why we use it

• To send the invites and messages you approved, from your account, on your schedule.
• To read replies and acceptances so sequences stop when a person answers.
• To show you results, alert you when an account needs attention, and email you sign-in links, daily summaries and billing notices.
• To bill you and keep the service secure.

Nothing is written or sent at send time that you did not supply or approve. We do not train AI models on your data.

Who processes it for us

• Neon (database) and our own servers (application, browser automation).
• Proxy providers, so each LinkedIn account connects from a stable IP address.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) for email.
• Apify, for profile and company lookups you ask for.
• Razorpay, for payments.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Cloudflare, which serves this website.

Each receives only what its job needs. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

People you contact

If you received a message sent through PoliteReach, it was sent by the person whose LinkedIn account it came from; they decide what is sent. We hold your details on their behalf. Write to us and we will pass on your request and stop further outreach to you from our customers’ accounts.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. Revoking a LinkedIn account stops all use of its session; deleting it from the dashboard erases the stored session. When you close your account, or ask us to, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
• Turn off the daily summary email from any summary.
• Revoke or delete a LinkedIn account at any time from the dashboard.

Security

Sessions and secrets are encrypted at rest, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to your team. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly.

We will update the date above when this page changes, and email you about material changes.
